um mergulho despido...de preconceitos
"The building was inaugurated in 1928 and for decades it was the only public indoor pool in Finland. The hall has retained its original appearance. After a thorough renovation, which began in 1997, the hall was reopened to the public in October 1999.
This labyrinthine art deco building looks like something out of a Roman orgy. Three floors house three wood-burning and two steam saunas, as well as 25m and 12m swimming pools.
Swimming in the pool described above is "au naturel" (a nice way of saying "nude"), so men and women swim on alternate days."

surreal...estes finlandeses são realmente...diferentes. Para um povo que se diz introvertido e reservado, alem da sauna tambem tem uma piscina MUNICIPAL em que se pode nadar tal qual como se veio ao mundo...e é exactamete o que 95% das pessoas fazem (incluindo 3 malucas ibericas). e é vê-las dos 8 aos 88 anos (mesmo!)
para refrescar (ou não) pode-se sempre alternar entre 2 saunas (75 ºe 85º) e a piscina. e quando se sai, tudo branquinho de neve e uma luta com bolas de neve :D
